Back in Texas!

I'm back in hot steamy Texas and the bus ride went fine.  It didn't break down in the middle of the desert for 5 hours like last year. 

I had a great time in San Diego and I wish I could have stayed longer.  I got to check out the zoo, Old Town, go on a ferry ride and walk around Coronado Beach.  I've done that before but I'm usually rushing.  This time I really got to enjoy the sights of San Diego.

Here's a watercolor sketch of the San Diego skyline from Coronado Beach.  I wasn't planning on posting this image because there's a lot of things wrong with this drawing.  One of the buildings looks like it's slanted at an angle and I wasn't too happy with the second building from the left.
