Comic Con 2011!

This is my first post to my new blog.   My goal is that I update it on a weekly basis.  Don't know if that will happen but we'll see.  

I took the photo above from my hostel window.  This was the first thing I saw when I opened my curtains.  I think the Cartoon Network booth is going to be taking over the pizza place across the street like they did last year.  A side note about the hostel I'm staying at.  I've been coming to this place for almost 8 years now and I love it!  Great location and decent price.  It can get a bit noisy at night (if you have a room above the street)  because of the street below, but earplugs solve that problem.

I have a table at the Comic Con.  Andrea Ueda and I will be selling mini-comics, illustrations and artwork at Leadpoint Comics in aisle O3 under the small press section.  I had started this blog about two weeks ago but I'd been so busy getting ready for the Con that I almost forgot about it.  I was literally pulling my hair out getting my comic and artwork done in time for the event.   So I figured what better time to start this blog than now while I'm in San Diego!  Anyway, I'll be off to eat some delicious Pinkberry yogurt , sketch and go check out some sea lions at La Jolla!
